Who you are hiring

A family company that has been finishing Southern California homes since 1986.

Drew Rodriguez started painting houses in Ramona in 1986. Forty years later the company holds a California general contractor's licence, carries general liability and worker's compensation insurance, and still runs the way it always has: the owner on the job, the same crew from first day to final walk-through.

That matters most on the projects nobody wants to repeat. A kitchen, a whole-house repaint, a room addition — cabinetry, stone, tile, concrete, electrical and paint are all handled in-house, so there is no queue of subcontractors to chase and one person is answerable for the result.

To honor God in all we do and to provide our valued customers with the best experience they have ever had working with a licensed general and painting contractor.

What we do

Seven disciplines. One standard.

Everything below is carried out by our own crews under one licence. Open a discipline to see the individual services inside it.

Remodeling

Complete transformations of the rooms you live in most — designed, built, and finished to the highest standard by a single dedicated team.

Custom Painting

Interior and exterior painting executed with a craftsman's patience — flawless prep, premium finishes, and specialty applications including Venetian plaster.

Design & Build Construction

From new additions to ground-up builds, we design, plan, and construct every phase in-house — precision scheduling, uncompromising quality control, one accountable team.

Craftsmanship & Finish

The details that separate a good remodel from an extraordinary one — custom cabinetry, countertops, flooring, doors, and fine carpentry.

Concrete & Epoxy Coatings

Structural and decorative concrete work that anchors the beauty of your property — driveways, foundations, walkways, stamped finishes, and durable epoxy floor coatings.
