A roof is the one part of a house that nobody looks at until it fails. We inspect honestly — if the roof has years left in it, we will tell you that instead of selling you a replacement.
When work is needed, it is done once: deck repairs where the sheathing has gone soft, new underlayment, properly lapped flashing at every penetration, and material matched to the pitch and exposure of the roof.
