Design & Build, Under One Contract
Design-build means the people who draw your project are the people who build it. There is no handing drawings to a contractor who has never seen the house, and no argument later about what the plans were supposed to mean.
We start by walking the property and listening. From there we work through layout, materials, and budget together, take the drawings through permitting, and then build it with our own crews — carpentry, electrical, plumbing, concrete, tile, and paint all in-house.
How A Project Runs
You get a written scope, a fixed price, and a production schedule before work starts — then one point of contact for the duration. Changes are priced in writing before they happen, never discovered on the final invoice.
